Tuxedo is intended to run as a standalone webmail client. The package installer itself manages this by interacting directly with Apache (1.3x - 2.x) and registering itself via a separate conf.d configuration file to respond to requests to 'http://primary.server.name/tuxedo'.
This being said, in order for tuxedo to work with CPanel, additional configuration would be required. We would recommend that one would likely want to use the tarball installation for this deployment in order to manually
